London, England is where we call home. In one of the busiest cities in the world, we found one another!
From 14 March 2014 we embarked on a eternal journey together when we were sealed in the LDS Salt Lake Temple located in America.
Life is hectic with our full time jobs, me as a receptionist in the city and Jared as a Hardware Manager at B&Q; but hopefully through this blog I can capture the love we share and the exciting times we have in store.
The Basics:
- We met in Ikea. And no, that is not a joke!
- Jared and I are both members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints
- Jared served a full time mission in Birmingham, England. Yes, the same place he was born, rebel!
- I am a duel citizen, both English and American, so no, I didn't marry Jared for his passport...but that could be why he married me.....
- Although Jared is 10 years older....he sure doesn't act like it :P
- Oh, its 10:01pm and I am speaking Russian. That's what Jared calls it anyways...I am not good with late nights. You can betcha bottom dollar that I will be up before 9 though.....poor, poor Jared.
- Jared is a tad OCD....he'd stop in the middle of an argument to straiten the carpet.
- Jared and I have polar opposite views on music. Jared loves house music, something I cannot bare to hear. I on the other hand like mostly acoustic. We don't listen to music together.
- Jared loves dad jokes. nuff said.
- My parents said that they should have named me Selfie, For the last year I have taken a photo of myself at 5:00 daily using an app called "once a day".
- We plan on traveling a lot over the course of the next few years...stay tuned for holiday plans!
